If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Friend of Mine Records at [email protected] and we will offer an exchange.
Friend of Mine Records will only accept returns for the following:
- Items damaged or faulty prior to delivery
- Items supplied incorrectly
All returns must be received by Friend of Mine Records within 30 days of our original shipment date to the customer.
NOTE: We do not offer a refund on any purchased CDs unless an exact replacement is out of stock.
